Cancellation Policy

Here at Bouncealot Castle Hire we will do whatever we can to facilitate Re-bookings, Cancellations etc.

However we do ask we are given adequate notice on cancellations (minimum 7 days notice) as we are running possibly the busiest hire fleet across North Wales, and we have customers new and old looking to book in, we ask that if cancelling us you give us a minimum of 7 days notice to ensure we can re-hire the inflatable.

We have no issue cancelling bookings or rescheduling once we can ensure we can get the inflatable to another customer who may have wanted the bouncy castle.

As a result of these late cancellations we have introduced a new cancellation policy if minimum notice isn't met.
